In the next episode of Selling Houses Australia, Carl and Karen Harrison decide to take the risk and downsize their family home to a newly built home nearby. What they thought would alleviate stress by downsizing actually backfired when they were unable to sell their family home.

PROBLEM: The Harrison's home was in need of a serious makeover in order to be sold. The dated, 80s style home had a huge sunroom at the back overlooking the pool, which meant a lot of glare and heat entering the home.
